Because our products may include flammable/hazardous liquids (including 99% isopropyl alcohol), shipping is subject to carrier rules, destination limitations, and special handling requirements.

1) Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2) Address Requirements (No PO Boxes) At this time, we ship to physical addresses only. NO PO Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO Box or an undeliverable address, we may cancel and refund the order, or we may contact you to request an updated physical address.

3) Hazardous Materials Shipping Restrictions Our products may be regulated as hazardous materials. As a result: Some orders may be limited by quantity per shipment. Shipping options may be limited to ground service depending on the destination. Special packaging/labeling may be required. Certain destinations may be restricted by local rules or carrier policies. We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected at checkout (for example, switching to a compliant ground method) to meet carrier or hazardous materials requirements.

4) Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer depending on your location and whether an order is prioritized (if available at checkout or by request). High-volume periods, carrier constraints, weather events, or hazardous-material handling requirements may also extend processing times.

5) Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships (not when the order is placed). Transit times vary by location and carrier service availability for hazardous materials. If you select a faster shipping option (when available), processing time still applies.

6) Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: destination, package weight/size, hazardous materials requirements, carrier availability.

7) Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

8) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to: incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, restricted destination, you may be responsible for additional shipping/handling costs. Because hazardous materials are subject to special carrier rules, returned shipments may not be eligible for reshipment.

9) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If you suspect theft: check around your property and with neighbors, contact the carrier, file a report if needed. If a package appears lost in transit or tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us within [7–14 days] of the last tracking update and we’ll assist with a carrier inquiry.

10) Damaged or Leaking Packages If your package arrives damaged or leaking: Do not use the product. Keep away from heat/flames and ventilate the area if needed. Take photos/video of the package and product. Email [doctoriso710@gmail.com] within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and documentation. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on verification and carrier claim requirements.

11) Returns & Shipping (Hazardous Materials) Due to the nature of flammable/hazardous liquids, all sales are final except where required by law. If any return is authorized (rare), you must follow our instructions. Do not ship hazardous liquids back without written approval and proper return guidance.
